Hello JKD,
thanks for your great work and all members of this great Hyundai forum. I'm little bit confused what's this system,
it's in Hyundai Tucson 2018, when i press NAV button, it loads NAVITEL application (when i checked SD card, as navitel app in on SD and maps, there i see .exe, and this little bit confuse me, is this WIN CE based unit or Android) , so i'm not sure is this Android unit or WIN CE, as on SD is navitel.exe with maps, and WIN CE app?
Looks me like Android unit, with ported Win CE
. I know menavrus was developed for Win CE units, but im not sure is here menavrus.
Hyundai dealer wasn't clear to me, as they told car was for some other market, like Baltic or Russian. But frankly speaking i dont believe them much.
As i never saw Navitel navigation application as OEM and factory installed in Hyundai cars, so is this OEM application for this unit, or it's somehow customised?

this photo is when hold SETUP button longer, and one interesting info is 2 last lines, at navi app version is info about map version 2015.07, as maps are very old 2015.07, and at MAP VERSION is info about navitel.exe version, which i checked at my PC, and its 9.1.0.867 . Looks me like someone played with this unit and changed some thigns, or at all maybe Navitel not oem app for Tucson 2018?

I don't know anything about your device but the fact that there are executable files as ".exe" points me that you have a WinCE based system. Porting an application to Android would be a complex task due to operative system differences, or the development languages used (probably C++ ported to java). But in case that were possible (it is) you would get an android application, not a windows executable (.exe). Emulating a WinCE application is possible in linux (Android is a VM in a linux system) but this kind of operations waste a lot of resources that wouldn't be efficient in an embedded device with limited hardware. So, your device must definitely be a WinCE system.
That doesn't mean that there's Menavrus software installed. I think that if your device executes applications from SD like navitel, you could rename such executable temporary and copy in that location an application like total commander (a file explorer) with the same file name. So, pressing NAV button, total commander would be launched giving you access to file system structure (supposing that Hyundai software doesn't perform any kind of file checking before executing Navitel).

Yes, for me is strange device too, i'm not sure which generation is this unit Gen1, GEN2, GEN3, GEN4 , as i know those generations for KIA-Hyundai, seems this is something like replacement unit for Hyundai Tucson 2018, and not OEM, but this SW, FW versions looks very similary to winow like at Hyundai OEM units where is info about SW,FW, even same way i accessed to this window, holding SETUP button few seconds.
Yes, for me was strange porting, or emulating Navitel on Android, as it will spend too much resources, i know for some car brands some people did such customisation. But if Navitel.exe is NAV APP, in that case that says behind this unit is WIN CE core, even menus looks too much like at Android Hyundai units , i'm so confused with this unit ... Yes, you are right, i didn't express correctly. I thought something like emulating WINCE. Yes, i know Android is in many things near to Linux, and Java used for Android. You are right, emulating will request too much resources, so seems here is really WINCE behind unit.
Reason why i doubted in WINCE is cause car is 2018 , and i know WINCE was for older units gen1, gen2 if remember, at newer generation like gen4, iavn, if remember started Android.
Frankly speaking i was afraid to experimenting, by trying third party app like TC for WINCE, but i'll try, i'll try find some patched navitel.exe for WinCE to see will it work for this unit, just was confused is this at all OEM Hyundai unit or by Hyundai dealer offered some copy of OEM unit, which looks very similary to OEM unit, same buttons, access to SW version on same way, etc. Hope will suceed update to 2018 maps, by some patched navitel.exe , will try with backup orig files , on orig sd, and loading some patched version, will post when test it , hope will not brick unit .

update for this case, tried navitel.exe patched for automotive, tried both versions MIPS and ARM, as wasn't sure what type CPU is in this unit, when hold setup button, there is visible .exe version, but unit won't load this patched navitel.exe , only stuck on startup screen where necessary choose language, and to press AGREE, and doesn't want go further...
Seems like there is some protection by SD card CID + license, or something like that, that if unit doesnt recognise cid+licens match, doesnt allow SD to process further navitel.exe , as in this case navitel.exe patched + license patched, didnt want run from non-oem SD...
Will try combination OEM SD + patched navitel.exe+patched license, hope will suceed something to run on this strange unit WIN CE, which was installed by factory in car, even it's too strange Tucson 2018 and Win CE unit, as we know 2018 Tucson is with Android unit gen4 usual...

Excelente trabajo, solo una duda como ya existe tela , se podria actualizar el hilo de como se instala y que funciona , ademas de saber la diferencia entre menacrus y tucsy y de verdad perdon es que como existe bastante post uno se va perdiendo.

Hello @All, did anyone get AutoExec = 1 to run at the 178 version?. My goal is start LGENavi automatically (default, like without menaurus or here
) and then, if needed, the touch on the right button and I get the menaurus menu on the screen. At time that does not work for me.
One more question: did anybody get Garmin Navi on WIN CE running?

Neither Zetakey nor Opera browsers come with a native video player. We contacted Zetakey developer team to ask for video support but they only work with embedded device's manufacturers. So, they won't provide any support for our devices.
